Yes yes, I know, you’re not supposed to sin. Ok. Now that we got that out of the, what if you are human and sin anyways? How are you supposed to deal with that? Most people beat themselves up, and judge themselves, and fall to sadness and depression. But you need to love yourself, to understand that you can still be with Hashem (God) even after you sin. And sometimes, Hashem makes you sin, and the test is not if you are going to sin or not – because God is going to make you sin no matter what! And the test is not whether or not you will sin, the test is how will you deal with your failure after you sin. That is the spiritual test sometimes. So we need not to be depressed after, and get angry ourselves, we just need to repent, to do Yeshivah and confess, and pray for help in the future. Even some of the greatest righteous men have failed, extremely righteous people have failed in terrible sins. But they always picked themselves up, did teshuvah, and moved on, moving forward with their Hitbodedut, prayers, torah learning, and service of God. Great torah class for Elul, Rosh Hashanah 2016, and Yom Kippur 2016 (Day of Atonement).
